Who can beat children’s squeals of delight?
Apparently, no one.
“Mitchell, Taylor and Marc having a blast”, the photo Celine Perrier of Chelsea, Quebec submitted to the January Low Down Lens photo contest was deemed the best by voters. Of the 192 who chose their favourite from the ten posted, 82 picked Perrier’s pic.
Online voters gave Paul Brown of La Peche 52 votes for “Pure Joy”, followed by Alcove’s Felix Anderson whose highflying “Skidoo” took third with 17 votes. The theme was “Winter Sports”.
Perrier wins a season’s night pass to Edelweiss ski resort.
For those who didn’t get the chance to enter the Low Down’s photo contest, this is your last chance. February marks the final contest, the big prize: dinner for four (gift certificate of $120) to Le Hibou restaurant in Wakefield.
